Receptionist
Job Description:Attention Interactive develops design, production, marketing, advertising, communication, e-commerce and interactive web solutions for its clients/customers. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining Attention Interactive front office and main reception area.
In addition to answering and redirecting all incoming calls, the Receptionist will also manage office supplies for all departments, be responsible for all mail and couriers and provide employees with general administrative support when required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering all phones in a polite and professional manner.
- Responsible for paging throughout all departments including monitoring the paging system to ensure that paging can be heard appropriately throughout all offices.
- Responsible for ensuring that all New Business references/leads/phone calls are directed to the appropriate Attention Interactive employee in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for the coordination of all office supplies including inventorying supplies and cross checking deliveries and invoices to ensure ordered supplies are received and accounted for as well as ensuring the supplies are kept secure.
- Responsible for handling of all courier requests both incoming and outgoing including tracking of all courier deliveries as well as reconciling monthly invoices for all courier expenses.
- Assisting with the secretarial needs of various departments, including typing, faxing, etc.
- Providing assistance to various Attention Interactive employees on an "as needed" basis.
- To have a "service first" attitude with everything and everyone that is "touched".
- To know all employees by name and face and know where they are all located throughout the offices.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to Attention Interactive including providing access to the building through public entrance.
- Responsible for light housekeeping to include but not limited to stocking bottled water and assorted refreshments in the refrigerator, making freshly brewed coffee, ordering lunch when requested, etc.
Must Have Requirements/Skills:
- Must be able to type a minimum of 45-55WPM.
- Must be a self-motivator and team player.
- Must be professional and well groomed.
- College degree not required, but preferred.
- Must have the ability to handle problem customer/client or visitors; diffuse and problem and difficult situation with grace and professionalism.
- Have a strong desire to take on new tasks, move up and learn as you go and grow.
- Minimum three years experience in the fashion/apparel, advertising, marketing, entertainment and/or high paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in person and on the telephone.
- Solid understanding of phone systems and Voicemail.
- Excellent computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc.
- A passion for delivering superior customer service on a daily basis.
